At the age of sixteen Anthony started out as a concrete laborer for a residential company. Once eighteen he applied to become a union worker in Local Union 310 as a laborer for a Concrete Demo company in Cleveland, Ohio. A couple years later he joined Local 860 as a heavy highway concrete finisher. After being in the union as a journeyman for five years; pouring roadways, sidewalks, aprons and sewer work, he created Seitz & Sons Concrete and Excavating.

 

Before creating Seitz & Sons Concrete and Excavating, Anthony was working sunup to sundown on the weekends doing jobs of his own. After selling so many jobs, he slowly started to buy equipment to start up a company of his own. Seitz & Sons Concrete and Excavating has been in business for a little over seven years now and has grown tremendously into a successful business.
